Fantastically Simple Task Manager with Powerful Features
The ability to have nesting sub tasks within tasks is very powerful and I haven’t seen it implemented quite as well as it has been in GTasks. The same holds true with dragging and dropping or moving tasks too. I’ve created Monday through Sunday tasks then just drag and drop what isn’t done to the next day. Perfect!
I’ve tried few of the other big names in task / list managers and always come back to GTasks - even after being a victim of my own success - and neglect. I had too many tasks and lists - probably hundreds - and finally completely crashed the app after years of use. Oh well…they needed cleaning out anyway and it actually felt good to reinstall and start fresh with better task pruning in mind.
Wish list: web integration (not with the stodgy Google tasks) and the ability to include hyperlinks or images within tasks.Show lessOkieBigfoot

It grew on me
I had the older version of G tasks and really loved it. Primarily because it has the ability for me to create task categories - like the name of a client for example- and then easily move to do items to those categories. This is so helpful when thinking of all certain steps I need to do for that person/org.
Then when I’m on Google calendar the synchronization was great.
If I could give feedback: I miss the pinch and create a new task. It made it very convenient. Perhaps bring that back or another means of quickly creating a new step. AND the ability to do so without having to go to the sub-screen.
Keep it simple. Not so many new things that it takes away from the interface. Bells and whistles can get out of hand.
Is there a way to integrate with third party CRM’s? I use Salesflare for example and they have a good task manager but it is no where as good as GTasks. To synch with it would be amazing.
SalesFlare tends to get overlooked as a third party application to integrate with great programs such as GTasks which is odd as they are a very good platform.

Very useful for reminders that stay listed until you clear them as opposed to popping up in the diary once. Great for a backup of any information you need to save. Been using this for some years now.Mole222

Awesome app
We have been looking for that perfect app and here we found it. We can connect to each other and have things deleted, updated between my husband and I. We do understand it takes about 1hr to update but we are fine with it. Can’t wait for more things to come with this app. Give it a try it will help your life out drastically!Show lesssocial111
