I really enjoy using Google tasks. It works on all my devices. It’s simple and elegant in its functionality. However Google Tasks has no search function. And other things being equal that would rule it out for me. However if you use Google tasks in conjunction with Gtask which has the search function and syncs Seamlessly with Google tasks, then you’ve got everything you need. Those to working together are absolutely great.Show lesstaskminder
Doesn’t support watch face widget
I bought this 8$ app so I could have google tasks on my watch face widget but it’s not supported.Oopsmark
And text search!
Once I had more than a few tasks I had to stop using the Google app. Beyond surprised that you still can't search for text.
Serendipity. It gave me a reason to try gTasks which has turned out to be a solid and well thought out app with very good support.JohnrC
Great Task organiser
Ive used Google Apps for a few years now with GCalander, Gmail, GKeep, Gphoto’s
Ive just started using the GTasks and i think its a great app , for organising jobs and scheduling events to beable to sync to my computer is even better for organizing employees to prioritize jobs in order and what date its to be done in onShow lessBrookfieldsigns

Bad notifications update
Since the last update I keep getting continuous notifications for the same task in the Notification Center and in the app itself. I think the problem stems from when you snooze a scheduled task, it treats it as a completely new task in the notifications center instead of realizing that it is the same one and just showing you that you have a single notification from the app for that specific task. Instead it shows multiple notifications for however many times you snoozed it.Show lessBroncos admin

Great product
Works very well on iPhone. Would just like to be able to customise the widget. It seems to have chosen a list at random to display.

Stopped synching; no support = useless
Worked brilliantly for a month or so and then new calendar events were no longer added. No active support available, and the “help” resources were feeble and did not address this issue. I did try deleting and reinstalling this app, as some reviewers have suggested. That wiped out 100% of the tasks from my Google Cal!
Other reviewers have reported the same problem, multiple times over multiple years, but it apparently keeps recurring.
Save yourself frustration and use a different task manager - one that works consistently and has an email for developer support.Show lessJWM CPO
