Excellent app for to-do and shopping lists
I’ve used this for years now to organise my life. I love that you can have multiple lists, that you can drag items to reorder them and also have multiple level sub-bullet points to lists. Such a good app and worth the relatively cheap subscription feemeterologist7372

I've purchased and implemented several iPhone list managers - this is both among the simplest and among the most versatile of them and has deprecated my usage of Get It Done, OmniFocus, PocketInformant, Taska, and Things in its intuitive yet versatile and quick edit interface and its effectiveness to manage my reminders list for GTD. Best organizer and reminders
I use it to set goals, break down into steps and keep on track.
I set it and forget it, knowing it will wake me up when I need it.
One issue is that I have it on iPadPro and iPhone and about once or twice a year, it stops sync’ing tasks and it doesn’t fix itself. I end up deleting app on one device and resync. This is time consuming and frustrating. I know that it is likely a google task issue at the root cause of the problem, so I give gTasks 5 stars!Show lessLifeSkillsOfWisconsin.org
Good
I use google calendar to post tasks and keep a reminder on them. I tried to use google tasks but it always throws off the notifications for tasks. I use this app to mainly summarize my tasks, which it does nicely. Would like to somehow figure out if this can update in the background to keep the badges updated if new tasks are added or old ones removed. Bought pro - then stopped syncing
I was spending twice as much time making it agree with google tasks on my computer manually, when the whole point is saving time. This app used to work well I don’t know what happened. Let’s hope they fix it. For now I have switched it for the google tasks appalg9375341

Great app but silently stops syncing
I enjoy this app and it usually does exactly what I need, but sometimes it silently stops syncing. No alert is given, even when you hit the manual sync button, but when you come home from the supermarket with all the wrong shopping and wonder why, you find, buried deep in the settings, an alert that it stopped syncing but didn't bother to tell you. Fix this and it's a five star appShow lessretrocool
No sync, No tech support, No more
I have been trying for weeks to reach tech support. The only response I get is that they will respond “as soon as possible”. The fact that they are too busy to address my issue tells me all I need to know about this app. Every time I try to sync I have to go into the app’s settings and give permission on each device. Items do not sync in the same order. Sub tasks never sync in the right place if they sync at all. I have switched to the google task app and I recommend it… it works.Show lessvince4063
App Doesn’t Work on Apple Watch
A basic function that I need with my task app is to see it on my Apple Watch. This app is supposed to do that, but it doesn’t, at least not for me. Despite running the latest operating systems on both my iPhone and Apple Watch, restarting, and reinstalling the app, I just see a black screen. Support was non-existent.
