Hit & Miss

I downloaded the app for a family holiday. I saved lots of videos to watch offline and they worked for a couple of days and since have been very intermittent.

It’s very frustrating as when the app is fully functional it’s great, however at the moment I feel cheated slightly for the subscription for something that does not work even on super strong WiFi or on an offline capacity.

Customer Service has been wonderful!!!

The customer service is actually really awesome. Had a few hiccups, but at the end my issue was resolved mostly! My baby absolutely loves this app and watches their television channel when we're home and she's beyond obsessed. So so good..!!! Thank you for your help, it's been greatly appreciated!!!!!

Incapable of fixing billing issues

Free content is very limited so we ended up paying. After an issue with the app we lost paid content. Contacted the developer and they were incapable of restore our account. Getting a reimbursement was even more difficult. Our daughter loved it but we will find something suitable in Netflix.

Hi, Please follow these steps: 1. Launch the Settings app. 2. Tap iTunes & App Store. 3. Tap on your Apple ID. 4. Tap View Apple ID when the pop up window appears. 5. Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted. 6. Tap Subscriptions. 7. Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.

Pay twice?! No way. Should be free due to my PlayStation Vue account!

I get Baby TV and PlayStation Vue, but this app wants me to pay again for the same thing every pay for. There should be no additional cost using my existing PlayStation Vue account!

Don't get app

App stopped working after their latest update "bug fixes". Have contacted their customer service several times and they just keep giving me the run around. They pretty much ripped me off a 1 yr subscription and they don't return your money even though the reason the app doesn't work is their fault. Don't get the app.

Help needed

App has been telling me ‘Loading failed, please try again’??
Subscribed to this app as my little one (16 months) loves baby tv and we are going on a long haul trip (2 12hr flights) so this was going to be a god sent. How do I fix without losing all my downloads? Not sure I can rely on this now. Anybody got any other ways I can get baby videos onto my ipad?
