Always sign me out

I am paying for a subscription and it is constantly forgetting that I pay. No way to fix it. I must delete and install app. Garbage. If my kid didn’t like it I would stop the subscription.

Can not unsubscribe!!!

I am getting the run around on how to unsubscribe- please list out direct one by one steps this is ridiculous

Misleading

Misleading says get unlimited access but then when grandson uses says have to buy each . paid for year it is a scam

Get a Phone Number!

Content is excellent and I know you have enough subscriptions to pay for BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Fix the dang iPad video subscription - why should we have to buy a separate subscription for iPhone vs iPad? And when we send an email to find out WHY we are paying for a subscription and the app still asks us to BUY a subscription and does NOT allow my child to see the content we are already paying for?? Do we need to go to social media and start complaining there? Just fix it.

Family sharing issues

Although I think the content of Baby TV is brilliant, and have renewed my subscription, I am very disappointed with the misleading feature of Family Sharing. My husband and I frequently share apps and though this would be great for when he is with our granddaughter. Unfortunately, the only sharing is the free content (which anyone can access). Yes, I can put the subscription on my iPhone, iPad etc, but not on his through family sharing. Pretty pointless really.

Thank you for your feedback, we have no way to remove the Family sharing text from the app store. Apple does indicate on its documentation that in app purchases cannot be shared - https://support.apple.com/en-il/HT203046. It is misleading and is a knowen issue within the app store that Apple didn’t address yet.

Disappointed

I downloaded this app as my baby absolutely loves “Baby tv.” But even when I have WiFi it is very slow, and when I went on holiday (with WiFi) it would never load, even though other apps e.g You tube, Facebook etc would load. And also I was hoping that I could download episodes for my baby to watch without WiFi (on the plane), but this is not possible. I would have liked for there to be a live showing of “Baby tv” that is playing on the TV, so I didn’t have to keep starting new episodes and they could just continue playing, but this is not an option! It costs £3.99 a month and I am just not willing to pay that for an app that does not work EVER, or just does not have the facilities I was hoping for! App is being deleted!!!!! Me and my baby are VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Thank you for your feedback, There is an option to see clips offline, select the ‘Settings’ button in the top left hand corner, tap ‘Edit Mode’ and choose the content you would like to download. Click on the green arrow facing downwards. The video will appear under the ‘My Library ’ section in the app menu. When you are offline, click on My Library icon in the app menu and enjoy your favorite episodes! You can play continuously episodes, clip on the ‘shuffle’ button in your library, also we offer some long form clips. You can always contact us at support@babytvchannel.com. Best BabyTV channel

So disappointing

I loved the idea of baby tv and my baby loved it to (when it works).
The app just hasn’t been designed well and is not updated regularly enough.
‘Resume’ often restarts the programme and ‘restart’ often resumes. The screen is not baby proof which it is supposed to be and my baby can tap the screen multiple times to stop the video and then you get ‘resume’ options again. It is so frustrating when you’ve watched 80% of the programme and then it restarts!
I have attempted to rectify these problems numerous times with the support desk and they ask you to reinstall, restore etc but he problems still continue.
I will be cancelling my subscription which is a shame because my daughter does like the videos :(

Thank you for your feedback, When a video is playing clicking on the screen multiple times will not pause the clip, to do so you need to long press the icon on the bottom right corner, which is regarded baby proof. Impossible to unsubscribe

We loved this app while my infant watched it. Now that she is passed it it is impossible to unsubscribed. I keep unsubscribing and it never does so I keep getting charge 4$ every month when you contact them is an automatic message with the instructions on how to unsubscribed. But if you already done that you are screwed because everyone you email they answer the same no matter what. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. impossible to unsubscribe. BE AWARE

many complications

The other baby TV app tends to work much better. I have downloaded this one multiple times trying to use it on my ipad and iPhone. it does not seam to work. I have been dealing with this issue for 1 and 1/2 years now so it is not just a small bug fix. The other version of the app will not let you purchase 6 month or 1 year prescriptions and locks you into monthly fees. I would much rather just pay up front. They also make you purchase a subscription for each device which is ridiculous. This means if I want the app on dad's, mine, and my childs ipod I have to buy 3 different subscriptions. When the app works it is wonderful and engaging.

Entertaining & Informative but Glitchy

Often starts and stops, has nothing to do with Internet connection or buffering. My toddler gets frustrated and throws it when something she's been watching intently freezes on her. Or the infamous baby blue loading screen takes too long. Lol
