Crashes constantly
In this day in age you would think that an email platform would be stable, however this app crashes regularly, can rarely open attachments. Very disappointed

I can’t open the app as soon as I want to open it throw out, I tried to delete the app and reinstall but I won’t work, I sent several email to the support team but they didn’t help and they reply are very slow. It was working at the beginning I could opened only once a day but now nothing. It’s annoying I’ve paid £5 for an app that doesn’t even work I’m trying since February. I would like someone can help me please.

Background contrast
Whenever I open a pdf from an email it is bordered in white. The commands for “back” or anything in the banner of the screen are also white. It’s kind of like just peck the top left of the screen until find something.
Crashes
Unless you only want to look at a email sent within the last 7 days don’t bother. You can’t open most your emails, or attachments, or add pictures and it’s never updated to fix the problems…not impressed
A bit of improvement
It’s a great app but there are basic stuff I still cannot achieve on this app.
- search: this is broken and cannot search by subject/to or all
- search: when searching “from” all results are not found
- search: by tag or keyword
- shared mailbox: maybe a feature update if possible
- out of office: it seems I can set it up until I exit the app. Then it returns to be switched off

Great app
The best app to access my work emails - any chance of more regular updates to take advantage of new iOS features
Inconvenient errors
Why has the lag issue never been fix? An email app that can’t keep up with texting is an issue. Please update ASAP.
I have been using this app for years. It’s ok, but has many quirks that have never been worked out. Searching for email is excruciatingly painful, and will most often lead to the app freezing requiring the app to be restarted. There has also been a lag issue in the text when you type. You can type your message, but it doesn’t respond on the screen for about 3-5 seconds. Layout wise, it’s a great app. Functionality and usability is average to below average, but I also haven’t found better alternatives so I work with the chronic, long-standing issues. It may be worth mentioning that I have also deleted and re-downloaded the app with all the same issues. I’m not sure if the developers use this app, but I can’t imagine I’m the only one experiencing these issues. Free app, though.

Does the job
Helpful app when I want to log into work emails when I’m away from my work laptop.
Worked with secured Exchange server
This gives me access to my work Exchange server without needing MDM installed on my phone. Calendar sync with my local phone is about 90% effective, very usable. Would like widgets for “up next” and my whole day and then I might not need calendar sync at all. Great price for such a useful app.
