I Don't often write reviews...
But when I do, it's because I CAN'T make MOBILE PAYMENTS. Until you can this app is antiquated. This day and age you HAVE to have mobile payment on the app. Other car insurance companies have it and so should Safety. If not, it's grounds for jumping ship.MattyRugs
Descent, but has bugs.
Fairly easy to use, but if you go to 'My Account' -> 'Insurance Card' it doesn't display everyone who is covered under the policy. On their website, it correctly lists everyone.
There doesn't seem to be a way in the app or on the website to report a bug or to give any suggestions either.
