Ugh
This update has made the app rlly user un-friendly. It’s not intuitive, and I rlly don’t like that it doesn’t tell you the times that the buses are coming, just that it’s 25 min out. At a glance that’s not easier to understand or process. Also I dislike that it doesn’t just give a list of buses coming in chronological order, and now it’s by line. Please just change it back, we all understood that version!

New Update
This new update has a terrible and unintuitive interface. The old version was easy to use and quick to check on a bus timing. Deleting the app and just going to wait at the stop til my bus comes.
New update is trash
I use this app for getting to my 8 and 9 am’s in time. The new update no longer has what time the bus is due to the stop but how many minutes away it is. My brain is not awake enough to do the math of it’s 7:43 your bus is 49 min away...that’s ridiculous please switch it back. We don’t need to know how many min away a bus is an hour out!!

Great App bad Updates
Bring back the app before the recent update. I hate the fact that they don’t even project the time when buses come. They project the time remaining until the bus comes to the stop. AWFUL UPDATE, IT WAS PERFECT BEFORE!!!!!!!
Poor update
I miss when it just told you the time that the bus was arriving at a stop and not how many minutes it would take
THE BUS APP JUST GOT 10X WORSE
Mastering the bus app was already difficult and now its impossible. Extremely difficult to find the times of the buses coming. Extremely frustrated. Please change the app back.
Confusing and not user friendly
This new version so much more confusing than the last and I have absolutely no idea how to work it. Currently trying to find a bus and unable to.
Great before the update
I always referred people to this app because I found it much easier to use than others, and it allows you to click on each stop to see the different routes. The update still lets you do this, but in a much more confusing way (bring back the exact times when the buses come, not just how many minutes until the next one). Also, the old version told you how many minutes late/what time a bus would actually be arriving, and I think this version does too (?) but in a completely unnecessary way. The app also took 3min to load once I opened it.

Un necessary update
I found the last version as more user friendly and it loaded better
Why change it
The older version was perfectly functional. This new layout makes it way more difficult to see live updates to the status of buses and is way less efficient graphically. Please go back. No need to change it.
