Update very confusing and hard to navigate
Wish the format stayed the same and just the software was updated because this new interface makes no sense to me

I like that you can track buses but why aren’t there any route maps??? I don’t know where the stops are just based on their names. You guys need to add the routes of the buses on A MAP THAT WE CAN SEE.

This is such a great app and it’s so wonderful that I can look up the schedules on the website. I love how it’s accessible for the blind and visually impaired a must have
INACCURATE
Multiple times I have tried to ride the PVTA busses and the app is not consistently updated. This tool is supposed to help you be on time for your classes, yet it has made me late on more than one occasion because IT DOES NOT UPDATE when busses are running extremely late or overloaded. It’s ridiculous.

This app does a good job overall. But it tells me that the 34 to Mullins Center and 34 to Orchard Hill come at the same time. This needs fixed. Other than that it’s pretty good

Real-time tracker is better than PVTA’s official app and is the killer feature for students and people who do not wish to waste time at the bus stop.
