What’s happening?
I’ve used this app before, I uninstalled it because I needed to free up space, and decided to re-download it. But was unpleasantly surprised when I opened the app. Each time it’s opened it crashes immediately. I’m sad because it worked very well before. I would give it five stars, but this current problem is huge. I truly do love this app, but cannot use it right now. Please fix this issue.Show less_Queeine_
Candle
App has always been great - variety of candles & is interactive- works with mic to blow out flame - now app won’t open - please advise- I’ve deleted app & reinstalled several times, turned my phone off & back on - app crashes immediately upon trying to open please adviseSekud
Crashes Immediatly
I have an iPhone XS Max. I downloaded the birthday candles app and was look forward to trying it out. When I tap it to open it, the app opens and immediately closes. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Same problem, no change. Please advise.chariev
Crash no “burn?”
Crashes on every launch. I have iPhone 8’s plus. It doesn’t work and I like it because of the ultra real blow out feature and all the different candle types it has to pick from very cool. But if it won’t stay open I can’t use it. Please fix it. Thank youK Sunshyne
Garbage app
Obviously the developer doesn’t care that this app no longer functions with IOS updates. This is exactly why I never buy the add free version because as soon as you do, something like this happens! SMHMilesnmilesaway
Continual crashes
App continually crashed at the home page, I’m at the newest iOS on a 7. I’m so disappointed because the candle looked beautiful on the homepage and apparently the app is reactive to blowing on your mic which is excellent! Would really love for it to work, please notify me when the issue is resolved.Show lessOld phone who dis?
Doesn’t open
Love the idea, was super hype to try it out cuz I live in an apartment and can’t use real candles, or even incense. Every time I click into it the app just closes out after showing up for a glimpse. I can’t really give more stars cuz I didn’t even get to use it.. 😅Sharpest_lives

Blow out candle
After update app won’t even load. iPhone X
Before the update it worked great for a birthday party seeing that we are social distancing we needed germ free! Please fix the bug. ThanksAngel1927
