Easy to navigate, many choices, real time tracking. Many facilities like change of address, delivery man contact for special requests, etc. Thank you for your excellent customer service. Some problems with delivery man is not seriously taken care of by the company when mentioned as fraud.🙏🏻

Pathetic experience bcs of restaurant
We ordered yestereday from Shiva's Cafe(Sector-16, Gandhinagar, GJ). We did not receive fries, when we called told restaurant that we did not received the fries he said we do not have driver to deliver, you can apply for refund. When we yold him we will complaint to ZOMATO then he said go ahead....
That's how consumers are getting treatment on ZOMATO. I understand, its not ZOMATO's fault but you can definetly fix such arrogant owners. After rating the cafe on google, he called us back and said 'HAPPY'. Mr. Goyal, I want you to be involved in this case.

International numbers not working
They claim that people can add their international numbers however it doesn’t. Not only they don’t have a number to talk to a rep but they haven’t got back to me when I submitted the ticket since 3 days.

Why can’t we order without using Indian number as an Otp. This is ridiculous. There is no chat or customer support who helps you.

Sometimes payment option makes customer feel stupid

I moved to India over a year ago, and used Zomato almost every night. However I got absolutely sick of delivery drivers making false claims, with Zomato defending them in scenarios which are indefensible. For example a driver claimed they couldn’t find my location, despite the fact we can both see on the map exactly each others location. He was over 1km away and clearly was lying. Zomato would not accept responsibility for their driver and I had to argue for my money back. Sick company behaviour and I am not surprised being Indian, land of scammers. As an Englishman, it is crazy to me the lack of intelligence this company has, allowing their drivers to claim they’re unable to find locations when there is literally a physical and live tracking on a map. Insanity. Anyway, I was probably one of their most frequent spenders, given the fact I am on an English wage living in India. Well, they’ve lost me now and I won’t use them again. I do not recommend this app due to the fact of the poor ethics of this company. One star.
