  • Most stupid process to set it up with users

    Imagine that you need to go through all these profiles installation over the phone support. It’s not easy. Especially for the user, when they are setting up the secure hub, the profile installation is the most annoying. They need to go back and forth for settings and safari to get through the profiles set up. It’s so hard for users who do not know how to jump back and forth between apps/pages. Citrix and apple should work more closely to skip these annoying process for business. If this is a really truly “business”app, not just selling this app to the big company and telling them how secure this is. It’s totally not user friendly setup. And it’s not easy for remote site users to set it up if the IT support is not on site. You could have developed this app better. If I can give 0 star for this app, I would totally do it.

  • Senior Account Analyst

    My employer provided me with an iPhone 11 awesome phone and required me to change to this horrible app at the same time. I am a user less than three months, and I am on my third go around with the app closing, not opening emails, calendar and notes disappearing, and having to delete and reinstall the app. I pray my employer changes secure apps soon.

  • Profile fails

    Can’t install this app, profile can’t find server. I’m not a computer so all online help has been useless
  • Garbage

    My company pushed this app to us, and it has to be the worst calendar/contact/email app ever created. I wish there was a zero star available. It doesn’t work well with Apple apps or Outlook, and I can not find any GOOD user documentation.
  • Shokingly terrible

    I would give this 0 stars if possible...
    Authentication on it is aweful, not intuitive, badly designed, slow, doesn’t sync all the time... all around horrible app!

    The most unstable system I have ever had the misfortune to be forced to use.

    It is constantly asking me to update the app and when I accept to update it turns out that it is already updated but it keep giving me the same message and still keep not working.
  • Software like this should not exist

    Because of these software like these are forced on the developers to access corporate network. Clunky cumbersome and not portable. Very difficult to navigate, does not sync with active directory. If you think of a software flaw this thing has it. Finally after 4 years we moving to office 365 and no longer forced to use this crap ware

  • Clunky and terrible User Experience

    Have to use this for work as it's necessary but this app needs logging into constantly. You bounce around from one citrix app to another and get stuck in loops. Like the other reviews with every update you end up having to delete most apps and then reinstall to get them working. Considering the updates are frequent this is annoying. Probably the worst set of apps I've ever used. Very surprising for a company like citrix, who clearly don't care about there reviews considering the other comments on here!

  • Works fine but still has flaws

    Most of the people complaining are mostly complaining about the MDM not this app.

    There are some quirks with certain IOS versions but are usually corrected .... eventually.

    I’m not a fan of the MDM (server side) functionality but this software is generally fine
