Stay away!!!
Keep charging for things you never wanted!! Might as well pay at the street machines. Cheaper and with no Surprises!! Stay away.

לא עובד!!! לו שולחת את הSMS להיכנס. אין שירות לקוחות ששווה כלום.
Horrible design. Most of the time it doesn’t work. And is terrible for people who rent cars and want to use it for parking on Blue and white.
It’s not so complicated to add a button to “resend SMS” for the code to enter the app, as after trying 20 times it just says “oops looks like we have a flat tire”. Gee thanks. Now I get a ticket because the only option to pay for parking doesn’t work!!

Horrible Useless App
This app deserves zero stars!
The app keeps crashing after of 10 seconds of opening it.
I deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times.
Afterwards I was not able to update any of my information. I can only open a new account, but I cannot login, no matter how many times I try.
After the update I expected things to get better, they only got a million times worse.
Don't even bother calling, their customer service is horrible and not responsive.
Shame on you Pango!

Usually a great App, but...
I love Pango. But this version is super buggy. After 10 attempts, I managed to click on park. 20 minutes later, when I wanted to stop the parking, the App wouldn't load. So the meter is still running, and to this minute I'm still being charged. Not cool.
Impossible to register in the app
Every time you try to register for Pango via the app, it brings up an error saying the internet isn't working (even though it is).
Rude!!! They keep calling to sell you a subscription after you download

English pleeeeeze
Very difficult to figure out if your Hebrew is not that good. My kids speak Hebrew well so for them its a cinch. But I have trouble figuring it out. It would be so easy to just put a few English words under the Hebrew.
Please , developers, you all speak English probably so why not make it user friendly in English?!! So I would give it 4-5 stars if I spoke Hebrew and no stars for when I use it.

English!!
I've been to Israel like 20 times. The local communities there are relying more and more on Pango rather than local parking arrangements. This makes it very difficult for "visitors" to legally park unless they can read Hebrew. Please make this app also work in English and take international credit cards as well. Thank you.

Hidden fees in the app
Pango has hidden fees in side. They offer you notification services and only after you approve send you an email that mention that there are fees. There are better apps out there today.

I have had numerous occasions where I have notified that a traffic agent has reviewed my car and found I paid through Pango. I have also preset Pango for the next day without an issue. However I apply for the service through my telephone. A web based app in English would be very helpful.
