Can’t use UK phone number to register
No machine on street or kiosk yet can’t use the app as wont take a UK mobile number. Could not risk leaving hire car so had to move to a car park. Extremely inconvenient and should be easy to fix. Looks like it would be good if I could register

We sorry for your experience. Pango is an israeli app, in order to register you need a israeli phone number.
Not impressed
Cannot register if you don’t have an israeli phone number. That cost me s ticket. You should be aware that tourists need to pay for parking too.

Ridiculous - if you don’t have Israeli phone number
Not allowing users with non Israeli cell phone numbers to register on the app is totally ridiculous. For three years I have been trying to register for Pango when in Israel as there is no other way to pay for street parking. Must be the simplest fix of all time. Until then I can only use expensive car parks. Come in Pango, fix this already! 🤬

Very bad.....
You would think an app like this in Israel would be much more user friendly . No good indication how to start and stop . All process of activating is frustrating.

Does not support credit cards from outside Israel
App useless for tourists. Huge disappointment. Use cellopark app instead, it hasn’t been updated in a while but it supports foreign credit cards.

Pango for tourists
Can’t use this stupid system. Can’t put in a non Israeli phone number or non Israeli credit card. How are tourists supposed to pay for parking. Only a tech advanced country like Israel would create this problem. Don’t use the app, sorry can’t use the app as I’m a tourist here 👎👎👎

English-Speaking Tourists Need This!
I speak English and am using an Israeli phone while in the country. Unlike Cellopark, Pango allows you to create an account without an Israeli ID. On the first screen, tap the settings button at the top to switch to English. Simple and intuitive.

Okay, I hate paying for parking; that’s a given. But what can you do? You wanna park, you are almost always gonna havta pay....
Pango has made that chore very simple. I still remember the days when you had to purchase parking cards, in advance. Then you had to use the machines, which were broken half the time or you didn’t have change.
Pango is simple to use. I do not remember encountering any problems with the app.
So, if you are going to have to pay for parking, thank goodness for Pango.

כאשר היתה תקלה והעזתי לבקר את הוד מעלתם בדף הפייסבוק (אגב, תמיד בצורה מכובדת ועניינית) הם פשוט חסמו אותי. בנוסף, האפליקציה פשוט לא אמינה מבחינה טכנולוגית - שלא נדבר על האין שירות במקרה שלא תצליחו להפעיל את החניה. בקיצור, עברתי לסלו פארק ועדיף שם בהרבה.
