  • Buggy

    Sometimes it will open and sit there with the blue screen with the logo and never go to the restaurant list. No matter how long you wait or close and open again.

    Update: STILL a problem getting to the restaurant list when you open and get a coupon or message which makes you choose going to the web or not. Does not matter what you choose the screen stays blank and the location icon at the top that shows the app is using your location turns off. Therefore you just as soon close it and go to a different app.

    Also when I actually get to the restaurant list, one restaurant’s menu is empty.

  • Best app imo

    Not sure why this app doesn’t get more love. Been using for 2 years and find it more easy, cheaper and convenient than other apps. Especially for laundry and alcohol.
  • Can’t get an order

    The app seems to work OK, the problem is I cannot get an order. My first attempt left me waiting 3 hours before i had to cancel. I ordered at 4:30, was told it would be 40 minutes. At 7:30 they were still preparing my order. So i cancelled and microwaved something. My second attempt, i ordered and 30 minutes later got a call stating they had no drivers. They said i could keep my order and get it myself or cancel. Seriously? What is the point of a delivery app if i need to drive out and get it myself? So i had to cancel again. I will just go old school and pick up my own food. Too bad because the app seems great, but if i cannot get my deliveries through it, what is the point of the app????? Deleted!

  • Never got our food, nor our money back

    We yesterday had a terrible experience with this app.
    After waiting for more than 2 hours for our order to arrive (and for costumer service to pick up the phone), they tell us that the driver had delivered our food to someone else’s.
    At this point they could have made sure that we got a new order ASAP, or given us an immediate refund. Instead, they “escalated” the issue, and changed the status of our order to “delivered”.
    So, over 3 hours later at this point we are left with no food, no money and no proof of their wrong doing.

  • Worst food service app ever!

    First time user. We ordered two dishes from the app based on it’s recommendation and the pictures show in the app are totally wrong and misleading! Turns out those are photos of other food. So we couldn’t get what we want and waste both money and food. Ridiculously, when I contact customer service, they won’t even issue an refund saying that only merchant can do that. Finally they issued some app points after escalating the case. But I don’t think they will fix the problem or improving the app, and wrong pictures will still be there. Won’t use this app again.

  • Restaurant won’t deliver, Delivery won’t refund!

    I placed an order this evening for food. Shortly after the order, the restaurant called and said they were closed and told me to contact Delivery for a refund. Delivery said they had to confirm with the restaurant. When the restaurant didn’t answer the phone, Delivery refused to issue a refund until they called them on another day to confirm they were closed. Presumably, if they were open, they would’ve answered the phone. Absolutely absurd, particularly given the fees they charge for their service. I’m a very unhappy long time customer!

  • Works for me, other apps don't

    The selection of restaurants isn't as strong as others but I've had too many problems with couriers from other apps, like Seamless. I've had very few problems with Delivery.
  • Birthday Delivery

    I just had a delivery of six cupcakes left at my house at my front door, as a birthday gift from my friend in another state. I am 500 miles away from my home. It’s almost 90 degrees out, and with the sun beating down, they were melting fast! They would not have been anything more than a pile of ants by the time I got home. I was out on a boat, and did not see a text message saying that they were near my house. Never did the driver call me to say “nobody answered the doorbell”. The cupcakes had started to melt, fortunately my neighbor spotted them and took them in. In my opinion, it’s not OK to drop and run, somethings so delicate as cupcakes in summer heat and sun.

  • Worst Delivery App Out There

    If I could give this app 0 stars I would. It never works. Most times I can’t even submit the order. It keeps confirming my PayPal for payment and never lets me submit after I’ve approved it. They also don’t prominently show when you order is being scheduled. I’ve had multiple times where I’ve submitted and didn’t realize it automatically made it for a future date. Horrible app, horrible service.

  • Is it possible to give 0 stars?

    I have used them several times. Every time the order is late, and they say it is because there is a surge in orders. It’s a different driver every time, so I don’t feel it’s the drivers fault. Their ability to estimate delivery times is awful. There is no way to track your order on the app. And the links through email don’t work. The customer service when you do reach out is non existent. It feels like you are chatting with a bot instead of a real person. The only reason I use them is because I am in a small town. They were so much better when it was my town to go. Good thing door dash and grub hub are starting to deliver to my area because I will definitely be switching my business to them. Don’t waste your time with this app. It will never be able to compete
