Good App, great way to find the status of a package. I just wish Purolator could give notification of a planned delivery estimating time of delivery or give a 15 heads-up advance notice of a delivery. That way I would have time to get to the front door of the apartment building which i live and not miss the delivery.Show lessBry1!*
No estimated delivery time
Even Canada post gives you an estimate on a delivery, however puralator is not able to.
Also the tracking seems a bit confusing….the packages seem to move inside the warehouse more than moving towards their destination .
Useless app……but maybe it’s not the app as Puralator is.Big fungus

Horribly confusing
I, like most people understand there is going to be delays due to COVID. However when I check my shipment it says “Contact us”. I assume something must be wrong so I call, wait an hour on hold to be told that due to COVID my package will be delayed. Could you not have just put a message on the app saying it’s delayed and not waste everyone’s time calling to find out what they already know?Show lessHippyfreak10

I had never heard that delivery wasn’t able to call the clients.
You had to wait them for whole day because the only thing you know was the delivery would come between 8am-9pm.
