Dear gydufobib is o - Apologies for your bad experience with our app. 4x35 is a taxi company and not a payment service provider, so we are not responsible for the disgusting credit card fee. We are however responsible for making it known that there is a credit card fee for non-EU costumers. We will add this to our terms and conditions. We are not aware of any extra charge on invoices, but if you have received such a charge I strongly suggest that you file a complaint here: https://taxa.dk/en/customer-service/complaints/. If you should choose to file a complaint, I would encourage you to also describe what exactly about our useless search function that bothers you. We can use this information to make our app a little bit less useless. So, any information about your troubles with the app’s functionality, you can give us, would be greatly appreciated. Moving on to Uber and competition. There are already five larger competing taxi companies in Copenhagen. So, competition is already thriving - thank you. Should Uber begin complying with the industry standards outlined by the regulatory authorities in Denmark, they are more than welcome to join in 😊 Best regards, Andreas from 4x35
