Doesn’t accept USA numbers , terrible app , perhaps they should outsource to Uber that works in all the other countriesmetaxi
Impossible to create account
Cannot create an account in app because “unable to send verification code due to maximal limit of sms”. It errored out multiple times the first few times with a slightly different SMS error as well. There are zero online options to fix the app bug. Calling the taxi does work but their card processing takes several minutes to confirm a US card, so you have to sit and wait with an annoyed driver.Show lessTauros324
doesn’t find address
absolutely useless, I typed in the address where I’m trying to go, but it just keeps saying “No addresses found” so I had to use a different serviceVladyslav Ivanchuk

No account verification possible
This app could not verify my account with my Swiss phone number.
There is no other way to create and verify an account, like e-mail. And you can’t use the app without an account. Trying to verify the account by phone failed, as the app kept saying it ran into an issue sending the SMS and I should try again. After three trials, it blocked the number due to “too many SMS”.
Unfortunately, this makes it unusable on the most basic level.Show lessCore_
Does not work on American phones
I downloaded the app and the app does not recognize my American phone number and when I went to verify, it states that it does not exist
I was left STRANDED, in a country across the globe traveling ALONE
they should consider an alternative where you can also book online because the app does not want to verify an American phone
Allow UBER or Lyft or something

First Time Using App
Visiting from the United States and seen the commercial on TV. I walked farther than anticipated and thought I would try using the Taxa app. Worked great and simple to use.Gasidonkboy
