Disappointed
The last update made the app unusable. I currently have a complete ping bag full of all Ping clubs, including $1000 worth of woods I bought last year. I’m now re-thinking whether that will still be the case for my next set.D-nas

I can’t believe that a company that I respected so much and prides themselves in wanted to help golfers would take away a valuable putting tool and only allow fitters to use it.Lowerider4
Sad backward step
Would be valuable if it could be unlocked without having a ping fitter involved. After buying the previous cradle and finding it useful for practice they then replace it with this.

I’ve had the app and the cradle for years. I used this app to aid my practice on my putting stroke with my fitted Ping putters from Gainsborough. I loved the handicap mode as it gave me a target to improve.
It’s now only for Ping fitters so amateurs can’t use the app even with the cradle which we bought from you.
Why can’t you release a simplified version with just the practice and handicap modes if your worried about fitters having no work???

Great tool for pros
Great for fitting putterspony titts
Used to be excellent - now it’s unusable
I used to use this for my putting practice and found it really helpful particularly when I was changing my putting grip. I could alter my grip to left hand low for example, then have a putting session and look at my consistency and stroke type to see if the change was for the better.
But now it’s locked in to Ping pros with official Ping accounts.

Really should have SPLIT the app
This was a shocker. A new app invaded the old. Really should have split them, even if you EOL one. Shame.drumcat
Disappointed
I paid £25 for the cradle from Ping when they first came out and downloaded the app to use with it. Now I cannot use it. I have Ping golf clubs and bag and am so disappointed at how callous Ping have been, I am seriously considering a different manufacturer when changing my clubs in the new year.ukgolfnut

I now have to say that the "reengineering" of the app has rendered it useless for amateur golfers. I too now have an obsolete cradle.
When I first got this app it was great and allowed multiple users to monitor their putting handicap. This was great but the latest versions have lost this, or at least I can't find it. Don't have an Apple Watch so only use it for putting.Show lessKerenne
