Useless now
I bought a cradle to use this app at home, tested my loft and lie occasionally. Now it is unusable without a ping club fitting account. This ruined the app for home use.6thFairway
Frustrated!
Started using this app about a year ago after buying the cradle from USA. After regular practice my putting improved significantly and I recommended the app to many friends. But now we have no access to the app and we’ve wasted our time and money finding the cradles. Why have you done this Ping?dhpowerfade

Was so good until the last update
This app was the best! It was like having a personal launch monitor for the putter and allowed me to identify swing flaws and improve the delivery of the putter. Now the update screws all the people that bought cradles and requires users to be authorized Ping club fitters. What a bunch of crap!ImTheRiot
Doesnt work anymore

This app was awesome until about 2 weeks ago. Now you have to have a Ping fitter account to use it.F3Putts

I appreciate the value of this app as a fitting tool, but the original application was also a tremendous practice aid for players. Why can’t a scaled-down free version of the updated app still be available for amateur players (as a number of us now have a useless cradle......and this was surely good promotion for PING, as the free TaylorMade myRoundPro app is for them).Show lessAaron McIntosh
