Great app, but upgrades process needs work
I have found this app extremely helpful. The geofence feature has been great. There is no way I could remember to sign in/out manually, so this is a job saver.
Interface is simple and easy to use, although non-intuitive in a few places.
There is, however, and issue with upgrades. I often lose my geofence (and sometimes login) settings after an app upgrade. This is very frustrating as I don't find out until I am confronted by my manager. The app should be able to carry my settings forward between versions. Sorry to hear about the app losing your settings between app updates. We have seen settings get lost when you update the OS, but not when the app updates. We added iCloud support to retain some of your settings (like which Geofences are enabled) between logins. We we agree, the app should not log you out between updates. We'll take a look to see if that is something we can do anything about. Sorry for the inconvenience.Not Goodb
Beacons don't do anything but confuse. Geofence works fine when it works. More work to do fellows. We have a 50 user license and can't get past 7 users, 4 of of seven working, all with identical settings.CKWilliams

Lots of scrolling. Wanted something more simple.
And no free plan! So I have to pay to keep track of the family? Eh, I will use an alternative for my family and most likely forget your product when I need the functionality for my business.Magic donkey
Easy to use and set up
First impressions: simple to use but a lot of scrolling. (20 people in our department = 3 screens.)
Would like the option of displaying one line per person to get more people on the screen (less scrolling). Also maybe option to show as a matrix - get 2 or 3 people per row.senuti42

Great when the app isn’t crashing
When it works, it’s great. But it recently started just crashing within a second of opening. If I uninstall and reinstall it works again…for a while. Using an iPhone 6 with up-to-date iOS.Doctor Mantis Toboggan

The app works well when manually changing status. The geofencing is mostly ok. Geofencing looses connectivity at random intervals with no notice until you realize your not signed in. Accuracy was spot on until a few weeks ago when it started checking me in and out up to two miles outside of the geofence. Beacons are not quite there yet.Show lessCan't use your app
It's okay
When I have location services turned on, it randomly mark me as 'out' then marks me as 'in' not 5 seconds later. Other times it tells me it can not update my status and I have to do it manually. Other than that, it works great.Milo 6 of 7
