App updated! Still not working!

I have updated the app and still not working! My iOS version is 17.4.1! Please, correct it!

Buggy

App is very buggy - slow & jumpy. Grinds to a halt when asks for verification on the app while using the app.

Transfer

Can’t believe how difficult it is to log in and transfer funds.

Facial recognition

Every time I set up facial recognition to login it switches itself off after a few days and I’ve done this six or seven times

I’ve also spoken to customer service and deleted and uploaded the app, and reset it on three occasions

Slow, keeps forgetting my ID

The app is slow, it makes my iPhone 12 Pro hot while running, has a keyboard with massive delay and most annoying of all, every 2-3 days it forgets my username and password. With the latest update, I need to log back in, rurn on the Face ID sign in (which triggers a flood of emails from DBS). Then a couple of days later I have to do this again! :(

Ideal .. attempting to place a fixed deposit

I get a “generic error” and have been unable to place a deposit. I reported it over 1 MONTH AGO and have no progress on fixing it.
If you are going to stop have account reps and forcing customers to use IDEAL the you are responsible to make IDEAL work .
Sad . Not the “ best bank”.
