SMS Message takes too long to come

Dont really understand how to approve.

Cumbersome and constantly resets

This app is useless. It constantly locks me out, saying my password is invalid when it isnโ€™t. Every time to date Iโ€™ve used it Iโ€™ve had to call the bank to do a complete reset. Iโ€™d seriously just rather sign cheques than have to wade through the most cumbersome app ever built. Given the consumer banking app is so good, what on earth happened between the build of that and this? Start again, DBS!

Just awful

The app is buggy and instructions for finding simple things like eStatements are unclear and ineffective.

I will be moving my money somewhere else and encourage you to do so, too.

Not enough time for OTP entry

Appalling bad and over engineered

Xtremely convenient and easy to use

Love the QR code convenience factor and how easy it is to set up for multiple payees. Payroll was easy to set up as well. Instructions were self explanatory and when I needed to switch screens loved the prompt bar that allowed me to navigate back to account. When filling out forms I was very glad not to be timed out if I needed some time to figure out correct acct payee information.

New Interface Not Good

New interface/redesigned app has more clicks, is more confusing, and contains less relevant info. I canโ€™t find one thing I like about it.

Problem on iPhone 12 Pro Max

Like the functionality of the App and think it is one of the better banking apps.
However having real problems on my new iPhone. It works fine on my previous models.
The phone heats up as soon as the sign in is complete and then after I start getting 'hanging problems' in the OS.

Itโ€™s all working now and Face ID makes this effortless

Updating my review to applaud the team on the updates to include Face ID and UI.
I run my business from overseas and DBS keeps Singapore my home.
