Very poor app

App is crashing always - not able to use the banking services effectively and the customer service is also very poor .

Confusing

Very difficult to use. Not user friendly at all

App released on 8 Sep 2020 doesnโ€™t function

After updating the app keeps saying SSL ERROR and is unable to function. Had no issue w the prior version.

App is great but unreliable

App is convenient and great as a stand-alone on the phone but when I try to use it to authenticate login on comp, it only works 60% of the time. :(

Doesn't open

I have an iPhone 11 with latest iOS. This App doesn't open. In order to use I need to delete the app and re install. Happened a few times now in a row. DBS, please fix!

Continuing my review responding to the DBS

I reported that overseas mobile number doesnโ€™t work. DBS replied it works. Today I had a chance to approve. Still it didnโ€™t work. DBS, if you read this, please fix the problem first and respond instead of just repeating the same answer that it works blindly.

Outstanding so far

Iโ€™ve had accounts in multiple countries and since starting my business in SG this is by far the best, most efficient and user friendly system Iโ€™ve ever experienced

Worst banking app ever used

The app is terrible. Poorly designed. Approval of transactions require switching back and forth between app and sms. This is literally the worst banking app I have ever used.
