Useless
We already use for the computer in our practice so we thought this might be a nice addition however the thousands we already pay for each provider did not cover the use of an app. What a waste.terrible
I'm a primary care physician at a teaching institution and have been using Allscripts for 6 years now. The reliability of the system is nothing short of horrible. There has not been one day where the program does not completely freeze 5-15 times a day for 1-5" per episode. I have no idea why the Allscripts programmers/developers cannot fix our issues but this has gone on for years. I can say unequivocally that this EMR is terribleShow lessWhat a joke
Just like the full version software. Awful, awful, awful. Link to the video from CEO doesnt even work. N cant blame it on my device: brand new iphone 6 with latest ios. They should be embarrassed to offer such poor quality products. But, they dont care. By now, they've ran w our money.No improvements
Come on guys .. No meaningful improvement in this app since 2009. Allscripts must be the most lethargic company I have ever experienced. Truly terrible. Crashes when checking schedule. When looking at labs (be quick, only a few moments before crash!) each and every numerical result is followed by the entire name and address of the lab. Every single time. Agree with other reviewers that this is worthless, except for checking my schedule for the next day.Show lessFailure to launch

I have had both Allscripts Remote products for a while. I have spoken with reps from Allscripts and from internal hospital IS department and no one seems to be able to help me log on. It worked once, I think. Since then, even with VPN on, I get era messages that the internet connection is not working (which is not true.)
I hope that it becomes easier to connect - it would make looking at schedules, tasks, that pertain to clinic patients, while I am rounding in the hospital somewhat easier.Show less
