UI is confusing, way to expensive
Most of the content requires a subscription of $5 per month to access.
Even if that were a reasonable price, the UI doesn’t match the screen shots here on the App Store. The content is obscured by a giant search box that takes up half the screen, and a giant navigation bar that takes up the other half of the screen. The search box don’t even search the dictionary.
Save your money and find one of the free or single purchase dictionary apps.

Excellent service
I had a problem with this app and the help centre fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with the response and service.
Phone upgrade
Recently upgraded my iPhone 5s to XR. Had the app( upgraded version) on the old phone and wanted it on the new one, but can’t get that for my newer phone, simply doesn’t upgrade. Has been a waste of money after years of use on old phone.
Awesome app
I love the app. It’s great. I have learned a lot of Japanese and it’s really fun ( I like anime). But I don’t really like how you have to pay for more lessons
It’s okay, definitely not the best.
The Romaji for some of the translations don’t match up with its proper pronunciation. I’ve seen several “Sho” characters written as “Syo” in Romaji, which is not correct. Whether or not these are typos I can’t say for sure.
The interface is simple and easy to figure out how to use, so points for that.
If you’re looking for an app that can teach you Japanese the right way, I would not recommend this one. There are a good handful of other free apps that are much more effective.

A little trouble with the flash cards
I think this app is almost perfect. It is nice for beginners and for people who are trying to relearn. I am having trouble with getting the flashcard section to work though. I can have someone else help me with it. But, it is harder to do while I am alone.
Unable to restore my purchase
I purchased a few years back and now I am unable to restore my purchase.
This is the easiest way in my opinion
I just started using it. I can count to 10 so far which is really cool I'm not going to Japan but I just wanna know this stuff cause I watch her a lot of anime and I don't like it in English so I keep it Japanese and I put subtitles on but down load this app NOW it's also got more languages🙂😀 🇯🇵

Honest opinion
I with this app for a couple of months I must say it’s a really good app it’s free doesn’t want money and you can really learn a lot from it it’s one of best Japanese apps out there but there is one problem is it’s just for people who are getting started
Cheap and amazing
I was learning Japanese using duolingo but wanted to learn how to write them and this is honestly the bast app out there! Plus, getting the pro version is extremely cheap and a one off!
