Doesn’t work- ridiculous
I have updated , deleted, Re downloaded multiple times . I have an IPhone 11 Pro, and this app won’t even open. I’m not sure if the company has gone under and is no longer supporting the app but it’s garbage. I also cannot log in on my desktop. It’s so frustrating.
Lost surveillance from mobile phone suddenly
I am in the same scenario. I did not change my mobile but the app disappeared from my icons and I reinstalled it but it shuts as soon as I click on the app. No help yet.

Since upgrading the software on my phone, I am unable to open this app. If the phone software is 12.4 or less this app still works. Is this going to be rectified or are we now unable to check our CCTV when not at home anymore

This is a great app, I like how you can access individual motion recordings and it is easy to use. The only downside is when iOS has certain updates it can this app a long time to become compatible again.

This app has been perfect for the last 4 years but since I upgraded my iOS to 13.3.1 it now doesn’t work. What can I do now.

This app is fab when it worked and easy to use however I changed my phone a month ago to an IPhone XS and now the app opens and immediately closes making it totally useless and left me unable to check my home cctv when away.
Please can you do an update to sort this..
