App doesn’t’ work
Ask the developer: is this app updated to work with iOS 12 or more? I have an IPhone XR and the application closes alone. The same happens in an IPhone 8 Plus both with iOS 13.3
Not working
I’ve been using this for years now with iOS 13.? It won’t open so I’ve been using SuperLive plus which is from the same developer Peng but does connect and has a little better resolution way better playback connects Wi-Fi & cellular some cons doesn’t have the alert noise when there is motion (I like that ) and I can’t get into system to make changes like shutting off email notifications when my business opens in the morning or camera masking Ect. on SuperLivePro I could adjust pretty much anything on the server so that was nice I’m actually using my backup iPhone with iOS 12.? So at least I can adjust those without having to go on sight it’s pretty crazy that Peng hasn’t addressed this problem I hope he fixes the ability to change the server settings in superlive plus because it’s a better app

Connection problems
Since last apple update on my IPhone SE some 3/4 weeks ago I have been unable to access my Cctv through the app . Every time I try to connect it just flashes and goes back to home screen . It’s the same on my IPad . I’ve tried cancelling app and reinstating but that doesn’t work . The app on my older IPhone 4 still works as this phone was too old to get update . I’ve phoned Apple helpline and they say the problem is your end - you need to update your app . Please help .

Crashes
Worked fine until iOS update. Now crashes on loading all the time.

Crashing and now no longer launching
I’ve consistently had issues with this app over the years with it at times failing to connect and now with the new iOS update it doesn’t even work anymore and won’t launch. I can see multiple other users with the same issue with no response from the developer. It’s pretty disappointing.

Keeps crashing won’t even open
Won’t even open re downloaded twice then gave up.
App needs updating
When this app works I would give it 4 stars. However the fact that the developer doesn’t see it fit to keep it updated to work with new versions of IOS I can only give it 2 stars. It’s ridiculous that they won’t update it as it’s the most user friendly app for searching motion on your security cameras. I have 3 others apps for different properties and this one when working is the best. The new version SuperLive Plus does not have the same functionality so I’m hoping it’s not a replacement for the SuperLivePro.
