Stopped working
Was working fine for the first two weeks. Now it will not log in and I keep getting the HTTP Connection failed. I've deleted and reinstalled several time with no change. Using iPhone 6s Plus and iPad. Thought it could be the iOS upgrade but my spouses iPhone iOS hasn't been upgraded and has the same problem.

Connection problem
I have an iphone plus. I use superlivepro for surveillance at 2 different locations. Recently i have connection problem with 1 location. When log on, it says HTTP connection failed. Logging on from a different device works, a galaxy phone, but not on iphone. Apple tested my iphone 6plus & determined its an app issue.

Was working fine on both wifi and cell data on my Iphone 6S plus until I started getting the HTTP Connection Failed message whenever I try to use it. I reset network settings, I've deleted and reinstalled the app many times, no matter what I do I keep getting the error message and cannot use the app. Every other app on my phone works perfectly. This is the only app I'm having a connection problem with. PLEASE HELP WITH A FIX

Trouble connecting!
Very annoying! Keep getting this error message "connect failed, failed code5" please tell me why I'm getting this message! Makes this app useless.
Decent app for remote viewing cctv
App needs to be optimized overall. I have blazing fast internet speeds on both ends (internet where my cameras are on site and on my device that I use to view them off site) both down stream and up stream are consistent, fast networks yet there are times when there is some delay or lag when viewing my cameras off site. Also the application crashes every so often which is not ideal. I use an iPhone 6s+ and an iPad. Both have the same issues of occasional lag and application crash.

App was good until week ago when The app stopped working away from home , but still work when at home using wifi connection, please fix or I am changing the app!!!

I have been using this App for two years now and it works very well. Thanks for fixing the "time out" bug so quickly following the previous update.

A great app and invaluable for monitoring property when away from home for any reason. Also a very prompt response from the developer when the timeout problem occurred following release of 4.9.
