Can you possibly fix the problem? I cannot use my camera again. It is very annoying. Every time I login is says failed connect what's going on

It's ok
Great on live but not so good on replays. Scanning across time on relays using iPhone jumps all over the place. Replays don't have the ability to rotate 90 degrees. Instead of camera number it would be helpful to see camera by name. No zoom on replay.
Just looking in to a new unit for another site and without some sort of update I won't be buying another. 😢

This app is been the best for the last 5years and now all I'm getting is http connect failed I reinstalled but with no look can any body help before I go insane thanks
Please fix to accommodate iOS 10.2.1
This app worked perfectly on iOS 9.3.5 but it does not keep to the exact time on iOS 10.2.1 which I now have on my iPhone and iPad. It jumps from one minute to the next when watching the screen which is so frustrating, please fix otherwise this is pretty useless as it is so inaccurate!

I am trying to download a free program - Superlive-pro for Windows 10. I had it on my computer this past year but someone accidently deleted it. I am trying to reinstall it which has to be done thru Itunes yet it will not let me download the program. I did input my apple ID and password but was suppose to get a message where I could click on acquire but it never came up. Please someone, let me know how I can download this program. Thank you.

Can you help me I'm having difficulty in using your app on my iPhone 6 Plus I downloaded it deleted it several times and it still not connecting what could be the fault be please help as I need to use this app on my iPhone +6 many thanks I also got same prombles with my Samsung phone

Also, the option to see a certain timeframe was a lot easier last year and it's frustrating with the new way you designed it to navigate through the past video and manually move curser around.
