I got Iphone 10x and the camera is not working can u fix it I can’t see my cameras any more
Unable to use the app
The app did not work for iPhone X. I have been read a lot of review of other customer with same issue . I called the installer of my expensive cameras ( more than 800 dollars for 3 cameras ) installed a few months ago and he told me “ you need to wait until they update the app “ that’s ridiculous, because I expend the money for nothing that I am unable to use now ( I don’t have monitor )

Stopped working I purchased the iPhone X
App worked well until I purchased the iPhone X. Hopefully this gets resolved shortly as I need to view my warehouse cameras from a mobile device regularly.

Worked great until I upgraded to iPhone X and now it crashes on loading every time.

Please can you help me I am having trouble using this app on my new iPhone X it has worked on all my other iPhones but not this one please help as I use this app quite a lot I have tried everything

I bought iPhone X and loaded this programme as normal. But I dont know why it cannot use. When I enter to the app, it always went back to the home page.
Is it because of iPhone X because when I had used iphone6plus this programme went well.

Please Update App....Doesn’t work on iPhone X
I can’t seem to find another way to get this to the developer but I just switched to iPhone X and it doesn’t even open the App anymore. It worked great with my iPhone 6 before. Please update ASAP! I rely on this to see my children at the daycare while I’m at work. Plz!!!!! Thanks
Doesn’t work on iPhone X iOS 11.1
This app had been working great for me for a long time. Out of all the dozens of similar apps I’ve tried this was the only one that allowed me to adjust my camera system’s settings remotely through the app. I also liked how the video controls only took up a small portion of the screen so the camera videos could be seen larger and clearer all at the same time. Unfortunately with the latest iOS 11.1 the app no longer opens. It crashes as soon as you open it. Hopefully this app will be updated soon as I use it a lot.

Some problems
Mostly works - much of the time. Biggest frustration is all the crashing when changing phone from vertical to horizontal. Slow response.

Unreliable for security purposes
After purchasing an expensive HD security camera system, this Superlive Pro app was downloaded on our iPhones and iPads to access our security system. To say we are unhappy is an understatement because we made it clear that we needed to access our system from both iPhones and iPads. This app barely works on an iPhone. This app now barely loads, it times out, takes forever to load the cameras, takes more time for HD resolution to load, there is no real time streaming video, no "live" cameras, the screens freeze and change every 3-15 seconds, there is a lag in the cameras, and even the time is wrong. This app does NOT work on iPads. They expect you to use the "formatted for iPhone" version on your iPad which means you are viewing a stretched out version with bad distorted resolution. Where is the support for this app? It's hard to believe that we spent our hard earned money on a quality HD CCTV security camera system only to be told this superlive Pro app was our only way to remotely access our cameras... wa wa wa... what a let down. Having to rely on this app makes our CCTV security system useless. This is H O R R I B L E...!
