Can anyone help me out I brought a iPhone X yesterday I tried connecting my shop to my phone but whenever I open up the app it’s always crashing
No longer opens
This app was working fine for a while and then I upgraded to the iPhone X. All my other apps work fine but this app won’t even open now. I have deleted it and downloaded multiple times. The entire reason I got the security system I have is to watch it when I am not there from my phone. I can’t open the app. I’m losing my mind. I tried to click app support and it just goes to google. HELP!!!! Help!!!

Don’t do it!
If your camera security company says to use this app to view your camera footage - don’t do it. It WILL NOT work on your iPhone! If this app is the only way they said you could view your cameras, pick another camera, or pick another company. The security companies must have heard by now it doesn’t work - so they are selling you something they know is useless. Unless the app developer updates the app - it will never work. And since it has been many months, I seriously doubt the app developer will fix it now. And since Apple must know it doesn’t work on their products, shame on them for allowing it to stay in the App Store. I blame all three - security companies, app developer and Apple’s App Store. But consumer beware - it doesn’t work, and none of the three of them care. Just don’t buy it!

GARBAGE
Not that this app was every anything special but it’s what I was forced to use with the home security camera system I purchased. That said all it does is crash I. iPhone X. Before it even finishes opening it crashes. So, totally useless. Can’t recommend another one can only recommend to stay far away from this one. Really far away... How about an update guys?!

Please update
As some reviewers have stated this app needs an update so that it can work with the iPhone X. I hope the developer does this soon as many of us relied on this app for our systems. I have been using there other app SuperLive Plus but it’s missing the search by event option that this one has which makes it much easier for searching.

Doesn’t Work for iPhone X
I had been using this with the iPhone 6, but once I upgraded the iOS on the 6 (and subsequently upgraded my iPhone to the X), the app doesn’t even open. It’s been months and months, and there still hasn’t been an update date to fix this issue. This is the only way I can see my child at daycare, a paid service, so please update ASAP!

I am facing problem with SuperLivePro Application. Whenever I tried to open this application, it disappears from from the screen and shutdown automatically. Right now I am using iPhone X and before that I was using iPhone 7 and this application was working properly in iPhone. Please fix my problem so I can use that application because I am running my business and I have to look after my business. May be iPhone X needs the latest version of SuperLivePro application. So fix my problem as soon as possible.

Not working !!!
I have no idea what happened but ever since I bought the iPhone X this app does not work and it crashes within 3 seconds. I did many things to see if it’s my phone but nothing. I would really this app to continue to work as I have not been able to find another app to support my security systems.
