Super pro live zero stars. It’s making me choose a star
I also bought an expensive security camera system and have had issues with SuperLive Plus pro app since I bought my system five years ago. I cannot find anywhere to contact someone to talk to and help resolve this issue. If anyone has information I don’t have please let me know. I can’t even give this one star.

Don’t like the fact that it doesn’t work with data
It was working great until a few days ago with data and wifi. Since the most recent update a day ago the app doesn’t open unless connected to wifi, one doesn’t have access to wifi all the time. It would be great to have the app working with data again.

Keeps going back to home Page since update iOS 12
SuperLive pro worked ok on my iPhone 6 Plus and iPad Pro, I’ve now got an iPhone Xs max which already had iOS 12 installed onto it, then i updated my iPad Pro to iOS 12, now the camera just goes straight back to home page when i tap the icon on both iphone and iPad. Not happy about this. Please fixe the problem 😡

I love this app it is simple and easy to playback. The picture quality is great. What more can you ask for from such an inexpensive security system.
The Worse
I totally agree with the previous review. I too spent a lot of money on a security system via CCSTV which I have had problems with since the beginning. This app always has issues. Most of the time two to four cameras never load. What is the point of having an app if it does not work properly? I am extremely frustrated with this app and CCSTV!

I’ve just changed over to iPhone X and SuperLivePro has crashed. I can see on here it’s a common problem. Has anything been done about it? Please I need help with this, I need to view my cameras.
iPad
I was very disappointed when the iPad version of this app wasn’t updated to work under IOS 11. I had this iPhone app on an iPad Mini 2 and it would not display any video. I just updated to an iPad Mini 4 and the app works great. Live video, able to view recordings, etc. It does run in landscape mode, you just have to start in portrait and then rotate the iPad to landscape. It’s close to being as good as the iPad app was.

Couldn’t tell you.
Sometimes I give software a benefit of the doubt being that that is what I do for a living. Maybe, MAYBE it was just an issue with me, but after reading other reviews it appears I’m not the only one with this problem. The app doesn’t even launch crashes immediately. It’s unfortunate that I am forced to having to give them a 1 star.

Terrible
The app is no compatible with the iphone x. as soon as you try to launch the app, it crashes. Many people are having this problem, tried to contact apple, they said they don’t deal with and aren’t responsible for 3rd party apps. The problem lies in the hands of the app developer. Would. it recommend as the security cameras are useless without the app, and the app is unresponsive.
