New to this !

A shortage of Backstreet Heroes in rural Somerset finally led me to go digital . I’ve tried kindle and although I enjoy it - Kindle paper white isn’t the thing to look at glossy motorcycles in- it’s like watching snooker in black on a black and white tv .I like it - phones a little small for reading on but on a tablet or something it’s ok . Picture quality is excellent and it’s cheaper ( at moment ) than buying the paper version . Just like anything new takes some figuring out and getting used to

Horrible app

Ordered magazines and they do not appear in app, no help or instructions. Why not allow to download into ebooks on Apple?

Very convenient

Great way to make sure you never miss an issue, and the ability to keep back issues on hand is brilliant

Love this app

There are several British magazines that I really love but cannot easily buy in the US. “Olive” is my favorite cooking magazine and I love that I can read it here. There are several other magazines I can only get here. I subscribe to a few and a few others I buy issue by issue, depending on content.

Well designed app with excellent mags

Smooth & well configured interface. Easy to use

Bug on latest release

None of the pages display any more. Until you delete each issue and redownload it.

Always Reliable

Pocketmags reliably delivers and presents magazines of choice. Fast loading with clear resolution. Broad choice of titles. Excellent app.

Very Slow Magazine Download

This app is nearly worthless, making a subscription to magazines through this company also worthless!

Even using my 600 Mbs network connection, my subscribed magazine pages download so slowly that even overnight they have not downloaded and so are not accessible.

I do NOT recommend this app or magazine subscription from this company!

Great app

I was happy to find this because it gives my quick access to magazines I like and I no longer have a stack taking up room. (All right, I have a few special ones.) Once I figured out how to move pages, etc. it is great!

Pocketmags

I have enjoyed Pocketmags for a few years now, and bought this larger ipad to do so. My only beef is that i cannot get NewScientist nor Private Eye on the platform. The zoom works well and is essential for me. I look forward to the reminders when a new issue is available. I find my old habit of keeping paper copies is really out of date, you can so easily search back copies too, if the need arises. Pocketmags and Podcasts are my new habits!
