I get notifications from this app every couple of hours saying someone sent me a message, only to find out no one really did when checking. This is click bait, Apple should take this app off

Inaccessible and useless supports when you have a new phone and try to log in, all methods are not workable to log into your account、 only Mainland China mobile number can be enter when going through login trouble channel。 所以请问、 当旧手机也无法登陆， 新手机也无法登陆、 然后客服登陆也不行、 账号登陆不了了、 还把验证码发到客户端、 那这不是明摆着死胡同 解决不了问题吗？

垃圾软件，之前同样的手机号运营商，可以用，现在一直收不到手机验证码，尝试系统建议：建议继续发验证码。有病吧？收不到验证码才问的你好么？ 找人工，系统回复人工繁忙，总之就是想给软件付钱都付不了，技术人员和客服都是吃干饭的吧。
