  • A little cleanup needed...

The app works great for the most part. It looks nice. But there needs to be a little reorganizing and cleanup. Some stuff is in the wrong place. Why is emerald ore in natural blocks if the rest of the ores are in a separate category? Why is the Iron Golem in Critters and Snow Golem in Mobs? Just stuff like that.

  • Shown an ad for add-ons every time I open the app, even from the multitask menu?

Please remove this, I paid to not see that type of garbage while I'm viewing information.
  • Keeps Crashing....

I bought this app thinking it would convenient for Minecraft just to pull up my hand and pull up crafting recipes..I first loaded up thinking "This Is Really Cool!" But then I clicked on an item and it crashed..I restarted it and tried a different item. CRASHED. If you want this for Apple Watch do not buy!!! But the iPhone app works perfectly! If the developers fix this it would be awesome!! But I checked other reviews and they said the same thing. So I do not know what they are doing...

  • It's okay, but needs work.

The iPhone app is okay. It's useful. But the main reason I bought this app is for the Watch app, but it's not stable enough. I like to play Minecraft: Pocket Edition and I was going to use the Watch app to quickly look up crafting recipes while playing, but the app is slow and constantly crashes. As of right now, the app is basically useless. Please fix!

  • Keeps crashing

I've been using this app in their iPhone for a while and it has been wonderful but I recently acquired an Apple watch and it crashes everyone I attempt to open one of the creating recipes. Please help/fix
  • Content update?

    Literally nothing has changed.
Love this app, but it still needs an update. It's still missing loads of stuff and you guys have had months and months to add it. Update will get my 5-star review back.
  • Great reference, but skin editor is obsolete

I purchased this app a few years ago back when I played MC a lot more. This is definitely a solid reference app with information on mobs, blocks and items, plus enchantments, and certainly helps a lot. However, what i loved back then was the skin editor/uploader addon you could use to create and upload skins for your character. This is now obsolete and you are expected to upgrade to the pro skin editor app for $3.99. In addition the old editor is only partially functioning for me, as if I try to open a skin and edit it my app immediately crashes to the Home screen. This may be a bug/iOS issue but it damages its functionality and is worth noting. I think this is kind of a ripoff, that i can no longer use the old editor that (if I remember correctly) I paid for and must now purchase separately for a whole four dollars. However, I will restate, for reference purposes this is certainly a solid companion app for Minecraft.

  • Ok but outdated and unorganized

Still missing console 1.9 updates even though snapshots have been out months. Slow to update or keep current.

The layout of blocks/info is lacking an intuitive structure and seems to be based on developer fiat/opinion. For example "glass" is under building blocks, not manufactured blocks. And cobblestone is under manufactured. This doesn't seem to make sense. Carrots are not under plants but seeds and potato are. Seeds are also in food, though you can't eat them yourself. Etc.

Has annoying popups and in-app alerts trying to get you to buy other apps that you don't need or want. Some "tabs" are useless like News and others like the Enchantment Guide (under Tools) seek disjointed from the rest of the app instead of a seamless experience.

Decent enough for recipe info and crafting info. Not so much useful for anything else. The videos and article details aren't very good. It is useful to be able to tap inputs/outputs of recipes and trace the craft ladder.

Could benefit from command references and game rule/stats info like mineral densities or biome info. Relies a bit too much on wiki or discussion content in app- which adds nothing.

I do like the recipes as I mentioned before and that's why I rated it three stars. Sometimes I forget details of one and am not on a server with a recipe command. Otherwise I would have deleted be app long ago - it's faster than googling for recipes and is always on my phone even without Internet access.

  • I Demand Compensation

I bought the in-app skin editor a year or two ago when they had it as an in-app purchase....now they came out with another app devoted to that and seemingly dropped the in-app feature almost entirely...I can't edit my skin on iOS 8.4 using the in app feature as it will just crash and take me back to re home screen, but I can do just that with a downgraded iOS 6, which is, to say the least, unacceptable....I refuse to shell out another 2.99 to buy the actual app when the money I spent on a feature that was supposed to work isn't actually living up to description. I feel as if I have written this type of review before, yet, I still haven't gotten any answer. Please future buyers, read this review and know that you have been warned.
