    I’m not sure Uncrate wants to advertise this, but since I’m a loyal, repeat customer, they treated me exceptionally well recently. I had one of their packages stolen from my front porch (video to prove it), and to my surprise they sent me a replacement package! I love Uncrate!

  • Keeps me up to date

    Uncrate has been a great tool for keeping me up
    To date on a wide range of topics! I’ve used things I’ve learned on Uncrate during many conversations to find relatable topics! Love it!

  • Bad customer service

    I love the app and the products they offer, but they have one of the worst customer service I have seen. You can’t reach them by phone (they tell you to leave a voicemail) and when you email them, it takes more than a day to get a response (if you get one). It’s definitely made the experience bad and I would think twice before ordering from them in the future.
