MTailor - great app, even greater service
I downloaded the app end of 2023 and tried it out. First impressions were really good: The app is easy to use, and it is easy to submit an order for suits, trousers, jeans or shirts.
By now I ordered 6 jeans and all of them but one were made from high quality fabric, the fit is incredibly good, and the look is awesome.
The one jeans I had some small issues with was remade. The team is very responsive, they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and the rather go the extra mile to make you happy than argue with you or try to push a cheap fix onto you.
I will certainly stop shopping pants, trousers, jeans, suits and shirts from any other vendor. My go-to shop is MTailor. Keep it up, guys. Great product, great service.Show lessVeinai

I rarely write reviews. However, I was compelled to do so in this case due to the professionalism displayed by MTailor. I ordered my first suit and shirt from this company a few weeks ago. I received it in a timely manner considering all of the custom details they did to the fit. Being a first time customer, I was very skeptical of the App measuring my body for a perfect fit. To my delight I tried on the suit and shirt and they were a perfect fit. I was amazed! I look awesome in this suit! I really can’t wait to purchase several more. The day I received my suit in the mail MTailor reached out to me via email. They wanted to know if everything fit ok. They also told me to write to them if I had any questions. I did have a question about the suit, so I asked. Within 24 hours they responded and answered my question. Unbelievably believable!
I just received my black suit and white shirt in the mail today! Originally, I was skeptical about ordering something from here because I thought: how could my phone measure me to the smallest detail? I’ve had the app for some time now, and I had finally took measurements last month in May.
First of all, the suit came in a nice “carry along” package where you can transport your suit for travel. I took the suit out, and immediately I was blown away by the quality of the material! It doesn’t look or feel cheap!
Second, I tried on the suit with the shirt, and I must say: IT FIT LIKE A GLOVE! This is my first tailored suit and I must say, I look good in it! 😂🤦🏽♂️ I can move my arms freely with no restrictions, I can lift my arms and the suit doesn’t look like it’s about to pop its buttons! People, this suit is LEGIT!
Third, MTailor will NOW be my go to spot for tailored suits! When they say they measure better than a human tailor, believe it! Side note: I thought the prices were a little high, but when they make you look as good as I did in the suit, IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! I can’t wait to order other items from them in the future. Try ‘em out, you won’t be disappointed!
