Please open the app and check whether you are able to see the SDP tile in the home screen. If yes, please tap on it to see the QR code and get your special pricing in the store. Prices are higher on app than store
Facepalm…
1st: Can’t add anything to the cart because literally everything says it it out of stock AND not available for delivery. But go to the website and everything is fine.
2. WHY on earth is there no option to pick up our order vs having it shipped? This has been the problem with your app for years and I cannot believe with this recent update, that it hasn’t been addressed.
I resolve to just go to the website to place my orders because it is much more efficient. I don’t know what the purpose of this app is right now. You’re *almost there*, just get it together already and listen to your customers.

Hi Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience. We added the pickup option to the ODP app with the latest release. Please install the latest version of the app to see the pickup option in product, cart and checkout screens. and, there is a filter in the search results page to filter out the out of stock items. Please do check it out

Sorry for the inconvenience. There is no store pickup option in the app currently but you can do this via https://www.odpbusiness.com/. We will be adding this option to the app shortly. We will keep you posted once the feature goes live. Thanks!
