Excellent but needs improvement

Have only posted a review here because I think I have been doubled charged. Despite this I still give you a great review because your magazine has been of great help in my (admittadly slow) progress in guitar. I subscribe to both the paper and ipad version of your magazine.
The details:
1.) I paid for a 12 month subscription but when i downloaded the latest awesome issue (issue 356 ... the 6th issue since I subscribed) on my ipad it appears to have charged my account for a single issue. I understood that a 12 month subscription covered 12 monthly issues. To be clear the ordering of the subscription and the subsequent downloads were all on my ipad.
2.) I did not get any ... "you have already purchased..." etc messages,
3.) I could not find any obvious support contact pages, and
4.) When I click the "Report a Problem" link on the invoice it goes to a generic "you need itunes 10" on my web browser. I have itunes 10 installed on my pc to no avail.
Can you please respond / help me.

Great and much cheaper option if you don't live in the Europe like me with only one drawback ..... I still prefer a real magazine! There is no substitution really...... Digital copy is something like $6 per issue, A real hard copy is $19 per issue in Australia but I now figure out that nothing beats hard copy! I will not re-subscribe for the digital.... Im happy to move backward!
