I’ve spent over two hours today trying to deposit a check whilst out of state and I’ve been unable to do so. When I click deposit, I get the spinning wheel which freezes after a couple of seconds, and then a few seconds later the entire app closes down, and I have to reopen it and sign back in. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling, changing the password, using a different phone, and nothing works. I have spoken to a lovely woman at KCCU who is going to let somebody know that there’s a glitch, at least with the iOS. I hope they get it sorted soon.
