  • Difficult

    Can access my account with my PIN number or with face authentication.
  • Can’t deposit a check

    I’ve spent over two hours today trying to deposit a check whilst out of state and I’ve been unable to do so. When I click deposit, I get the spinning wheel which freezes after a couple of seconds, and then a few seconds later the entire app closes down, and I have to reopen it and sign back in. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling, changing the password, using a different phone, and nothing works. I have spoken to a lovely woman at KCCU who is going to let somebody know that there’s a glitch, at least with the iOS. I hope they get it sorted soon.

  • ACH payday transactions

    Sometimes it will take hours for my payday check to post on Fridays. I feel like they are trying to get me to pay the $5 fee to post early. Very frustrating when I just want to get breakfast in the morning.
  • Easy to transfer between accounts

    I have business and personal accounts and home equity line. I can easily switch between accounts and transfer money around instantly, which is very helpful for quickly and easily keeping my finances balanced.
  • Terrible. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS NOW.

    I have it set up for face recognition but every so often the app completely logs me out. I have the password wrote down but when I try to put it in to log in it says my password is wrong. Had to change my password 15 times last year and already had to change it 4 times this year and Its only April. Shouldn't be getting logged out this often and have to change my password this many time. I don't have this kind of problem with any other apps. Just this stupid app. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS NOW. the security questions are a joke. I even answer them and it doesn't acknowledge its my account.

  • Good but could be better

    There are a few tweaks that could make the app much better. One ALLOW PUNCTUATION when communicating through the app. How unprofessional is it to send a message where it’s full of gaps and half words. If I decline to post early a deposit don’t keep asking each time I log in. I know it’s there and how to post it early if I change my mind. I’d rate higher but the punctuation is a big hit in my opinion.

  • Worst App Ever

    Trash, I wish I could just close my accounts. Now that I moved from the area banking with Kellogg is terrible. Worse customer service, the people you talk to couldn’t care less about there customers.

    I hate the update. It messes with my eyes. I think this is a major downgrade. I might change banks

    No one likes it. Change it back.
  • Menus hinder navigation, circle back to loan options

    menus a disaster, do not suit my routine needs, basically default to "do you want a loan?"
  • Better but...

    Reduce steps for authentication like 99% of other apps. Mobile deposit is down a lot, which is not convenient for individual s not near a shared credit union.
