Not accept NZ phone prefix
We weee trying to use this app but had to sign up in order to book a taxi. Unfortunately the the app would not allow us to enter our New Zealand prefix for our phone number and so we could not enter our phone number and therefore could not sign up or book a taxi. It did have Australia so we were mystified as to why it wouldn’t accept a New Zealand phone prefix.

Unable to validate a North American mobile number
Bias App most country verification does not work
I recently downloaded the App, when I entered my UAE number the verification sms/call does not work and is not supported for no EU or US numbers; saying this as other friends from different GCC countries have faced similar issues.
Worthless for non-German phone numbers
This app is a disaster of the first kind. It will only validate German phone numbers, as if like, in this day and age, no visiting foreigners would ever want to use their services. 🙄. A complete waste of time...
No Longer Works For USA Numbers
Arrived in Germany only to find that I don’t have a way to order taxis anymore. Kind of defeats the purpose to getting a taxi. Please fix ASAP.

Am traveling to Germany and wanted to use this app but it won’t send a confirmation code to my US number and there is no other way to confirm. Guess I have to use Uber.

Funktioniert nicht - does not work
Typed in my USA phone number and neither will the app conform via sms (I suppose that would be a text message) nor by calling me.

This app works very nicely for me.
Like how you can see where the driver is, enroute. Only criticism is that it is always a bit off on my current location. Have to always double check where it says I am starting from
