Feedback not working
I never got my verification code. When I tried to send feedback, it said “no message”.
Not nice people
The app told me the taxi was here but there was no taxi. I tried to book another but the trip was cancelled. I tapped the phone icon and it called the dispatcher, who was extremely curt, rude, and unhelpful, then hung up on me before I could even explain my situation. Forget these guys, I'm literally going to take my suitcase and walk instead
