Update… recent changes to the gas safety record now make it far too complicated.
Separating the gas rate and working pressure into two boxes is unnecessary. Why are smoke alarms on there now? And low and high CO levels. Just not needed and prolonging time on the job. Now down to 1 star.
Previously I gave this app 5 stars. Now I revise my review downwards because of glitches with recent updates affecting uploading to Dropbox and inputting records back into the PC software. At its heart this is a great app but let down by recent tweaks not being road tested adequately before release. Having used other apps for CP12's this is by far the best one I've found. The initial cost is fair and the updates are adding useful extras all the time. If a printer manufacturer produced a portable airprint printer this app would be perfect; at present I have had to use an ad-hoc arrangement to print on the road. This takes nothing away from this app being top notch. If you carry out CP12's regularly, have a iPad and want to look professional,to your customers get this app!!!

Don’t waste your money on it.
The company is run by 1 guy - Brian. There is no one else.
He takes ages to reply on support and when he does he is so unhelpful.
I’ve had the easy gas, easy cert and easy pat for years and on the face of them they look good and work ok, but similar comments as others - the company hasn’t moved on, the features are dated and I’m fed up with having to beg every time I need a little support.

Poor
I have been using this for years but now have moved on, it has lots of glitches which I have put up with like, even though a customers email is stored it won’t come up when emailing a form you have to type it in. The main reason for leaving is it keeps loosing certificates which is obviously not good. Because of this I manually back up I did this in April 19 later went to restore backup because it had lost more certs and it said last back up September 17?
If it can’t securely store the certs it a absolute waste of time.

Brian Harper developed this and if you dare mention its shortfalls and there are many, he will literally stop supporting you and block your account.

Easy Gas
The only product that gets worse with updates every time. I really need to look else where as after years this just gets worse and worse. More about taking money than offering a great product.
App works but customer service abysmal
This app is great for writing out certificates but the company are not interested in the customer. They are not interested in what the gas industry or customer request/require. A recent update removed a feature important to our business and the attitude from the developer was "take it or leave it". Dont expect support or back up from tysoft. I have rarely encountered a company with listening skills like this.

I have been using your software for some time now and find it to be practically flawless. I've run a small heating company and its helped me cut allot of paper and added a professional edge to my expanding company. One feature I think is missed which would in my opinion make this great app even greater would be service records for unvented cylinders and thermal stores please add this feature as I've been looking around and don't seem to be able to find anything to accommodate my needs. I can't be the only engineer that services bundles of unvented cylinders.
