Honest Review To Gain Traction On Between's Updates
I'm giving the current version of the Between a 1 star because of the recent transfer of ownership of Between. Ever since the ownership of Between was switched over and every time I perform an update in the IOS store, the theme I have set would revert back to the default Theme. I was hoping this was just a change of management issue on the company end. But this has been happening for over 8 updates already in a span of 6 months. I tried using the support option on the App, but that feature in itself has issues too. But that's for another review. Before the change of ownership this s was easily a 5-STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️app. But having to constantly reset my theme is just a horrible experience and makes using this app less intimate. If somehow my review reaches to correct personnel's ears and the issue gets resolved, I will definitely update my review to the 5-STARS that this app welly deserves. But until then, it will have to be a single star for me.

Great idea, not so great app
Doesn’t feel like a modern messaging app. Have had messages not getting through and delayed without good reason. Typing indicator is at the top of the screen which is the opposite of where it needs to be (because it’s relevant to you when you’re typing yourself, which is at the bottom of the screen). Read receipts are indicated by the removal of a heart which makes no sense. Lack of animations in the UI. Desktop app constantly logs me out for no reason.

An Okay App-Could Be Better
Update: I have a notification that hasn’t gone away in weeks. It’s really rather annoying. If 5 years of our relationship wasn’t in the app, my partner and I would’ve gotten rid of it a long time ago.
I’ve had this app for quite a while. My partner and I have used it since Couple stopped updating a few years ago and while it definitely lacked some features that Couple had, we both enjoy it. I paid for the lifetime subscription about a year into us using it, hoping it’d be a little better, but nothing really changes except the ads go away and you get to customize a little more. The calls are atrocious and drop constantly unless you are connected to the strongest internet connection. The app was also bought out recently which has been causing some annoying problems with every update because they break everything. I hope that with a new owner they can add new features, maybe like what Couple had with being able to draw together and thumb kisses.

Fun App
My Sexy Princess and I use it as our Private Social Network. I Love it. The free one plus the app for my watch is cool to but they need to make it self sustaining and be able to do the chat with it but right now it will allow me to do private calling but not chat I can see what our chats but can not respond to them. On the watch but have to respond using the phone. Also would like the love letter to be free to use as well without having to update to Plus. Over all the best thing I got for my Sexy Princess and I.

Review after using it for almost 2 years
Great app for couples to keep their timeline by uploading photos and sharing letters to each other as well as uploading videos. Used this app as one of the social media tool for visa purposes.
Major bugs
Let me start off by saying I love this app. I’ve used it for years with minor issues. But over the past week, it has constantly kicked me out, force closed on me, logged me out, and I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app over a dozen times to even get it functional enough to export my history and start fresh. Now, the app refuses to save my little stickers in most recent — forcing me to hunt them down constantly — or just flat out doesn’t have the stickers I’ve had for years. Half of the stickers are missing in all the packs. It’s really frustrating and trying to get help from the devs is basically impossible — they don’t even respond to say “hey we got your email”.

Great app, a little pushy about going premium
Love it though, really cute and nice for long distance couples especially. And even though it’s pushy about premium, it’s not unreasonably priced if you get lifetime. I love that it’s an option for one flat payment and then you never have to worry about it again. So I recommend trying out the app and if you like it long term get premium. There are lots of cool opportunities to get free hearts to get new sticker sets with. My girlfriend won in almost every competition she applied for, so we’ve gotten a lot of free stickers.

Great app for long distance
I’ve just started using this app with my partner who is currently living overseas. Just makes our chats a little more personal. The stickers are gorgeous too and really fun to use. Great app! I recommend to everyone. It also has a count down app which is great for us. Gives us something to look forward to

Very smooth, only missing reactions
Really great app. Very smooth. No bugs found. Customisable, recommend the life time purchase. Just miss being able to react to messages like on fb and iMessage. Unique stickers are pretty cutesy, need some more masculine ones for the guys. Over all, 4.7⭐️
