  • No is a very common answer.

    Shopkeep needs to catch up feature wise with competitors like Revel. Can you customize your logo on top of your receipts- NO. Can you use a kitchen display system - NO. Can you text receipts to customers - NO. Does Shopkeep offer a customer display solution - NO. No is a common answer with this company and the features listed need to be implemented ASAP.

A few of the features you mentioned are on our roadmap (such as texting receipts and logos on printed receipts). We also do have a customer display solution with the Clover mini for ShopKeep device and the iPP credit card reader shows items as they are being rung up.   • DO NOT USE SHOPKEEP

    We have been using shopkeep for 7 years and last month signed up for their trial for an upgrade, after paying the same amount for 7 years!! After we cancelled the trial, one would think we would just go back to our previous program but no, now we are supposed to pay more each month for the same we had before!! Why??? Because we used the trial and that got us kicked out of previous arrangement? It wasn’t noted anywhere plus we are in the middle of the holiday season and it takes 5-7 business days to reestablish our gift-card system, we can’t accept or sell gift-cards now. This will cost us 1000’s of dollars!! I am just waiting for a class action lawsuit against this company. I have talked to other local shop owners we have referred and they have nothing but issues since shopkeep isn’t compatible with Apples software updates but they keep taking customers money and no notifications but blaming internet & hardware on issues!

  • Do NOT Get this App

    Have been using this app for a couple years now and it has been issue after issue after issue. Then they want to go up on the monthly charge. Not worth the hassle. I would highly recommend another point of sale. Will be finding another point of sale program myself. Good luck.

  • Worse till app on the market.

    This is the worse till out there. Really do your homework. If you own a corner store or lotto terminal this app does not meet the conditions on the Lotto payout system in Canada. As well this is all based on USD and if your in Canada or any other country it’s stupid expensive.

    If you reach out to them on to get something fixed or changed your answer will almost be a No hey can’t do it. And it’s normally a few weeks after the latest update to the iPad before they have the bugs figured out.

    Overall not a good system.

    Must have app with epos system. Never worked with an epos before however the app and the epos system are brilliant and user friendly. The support is amazing from the UK. Thanks Anthony and Ryan!
