The WORST airline app ever
This app serves absolutely no purpose as it does not allow you to complete the most BASIC function of all - to check into your flight. It sends you on an endless loop not allowing you to progress. Truly a complete waste of storage space

Bad User Experience
After downloading the app and sign up the account, I can’t sign in. The search function doesn’t work at all.
Never worked when trying to search ticket on the app
It always shows too busy and try later.

Horrible app, won’t allow to switch to English
This app already has a bad UX but recently it ignores the English as preferred language and just renders the app in Chinese Simplified. Makes it impossible to use. I tried everything. Useless.

上个世纪的app，数据加载慢，设计丑，真的不知道究竟是谁在负责南航的手机软件。以前觉得南航蛮高级，越做越差劲了。和国航，东航完全不是一个等级。唯一的一个好处，南航空客比较多。没波音飞机🤓
Impossible to use for non Chinese language user
Can’t navigate if you don’t know the language
Where is the English?
Flying China Southern air from Taipei to Shinzen so downloaded the app. Cannot for the life of me figure out how to switch to the English version. Even took my phone down to the concierge in the hotel who is Chinese, and she couldn’t even figure out how to switch it to English. How about one big button right on the front page that says English?

This all really went down hill, there’s no way to validate a passport ID anymore. Completely useless app. Even the minor airlines in China have better apps. How can this airline consider itself any bit international.
