a. We updated the product for the iOS7 Release b. We enhanced the photo capabilities to take multiple pictures per question including the ability to delete photos. c. We changed the Inspection Information, General Information, Inspection Summary, Summary Decision and Signatures as tabs at the top and bottom of the iPad screen. d. Inspection comments are automatically updated on the Inspection Summary screen. e. We added a Pass All function on the Inspection Summary screen. f. We modified the App to work on Android tablets. g. Improve comments to more than one line (Now is possible to write a paragraph instead of a single line) h. Implemented a feature for adding more than one standard comment per question i. Implemented a feature that after you sync it take you to Schedules Main Screen j. Implemented a feature to check if inspection was conducted using the iPad or manually k. Fixed an issue on the iPad where item 2.14 showed ‘undefined’ instead of ‘Smoke Detector’ in the kitchen as a deficiency l. Updated the system to email the 'HQS Summary Report' from the iPad to Inspector and Owner, if the email addresses are in the system m. Fixed/Improved process to do re-inspections (from iPad as well as from desktop) for Other Rooms n. Added the capability of creating a 24 Hour and 30 Day Re-inspection Exam from the iPad o. No Show Functionality – On the Summary Decision screen we add both No Show 1 and No Show 2. When you select the No Show 1 button a date field appears and you can schedule the date of the re-inspection. We implemented the ‘No show 2’ option in order to send an email to the Occupancy/Eligibility Specialist. (Instructions: After check option ‘No Show 2’ in “Summary decision of the unit”, save (important!) the information and an email will be sent to the Occupancy/Eligibility Specialist. If no error, a success message will show otherwise an error message will pop up.

Built-in HUD 52580 HQS Checklist Form

Scheduling:
Now with, “iHQS Schedule Confirmation IVR” Owners are automatically called a specific number of days after you sent them a notification. This is performed via an auto voice attendant that will confirm the HQS Schedule date and time. This is similar functionality that doctors and dentists utilize in confirming their appointments.
Schedules HQS Inspections and produces notification and finding letters and notices that can be customized.
Built-in reminder functionality alerts inspectors when notifications need to be sent or follow-up is necessary for findings and sends reminders/notifications to caseworkers or specialists.
Schedule is color-coded based on the status of the inspection, yellow for notified, green for confirmed, red for findings and light green for completed.
Produces inspectors work plan for a year and then allows you to copy the plan from one year to the next utilizing the actual inspection/re-inspection dates.
