Bill payment can only be done with existing billers set up through Comerica Web Bill Pay®. 2 Comerica Click&Capture Deposit® is available to customers that have both Comerica Web Banking® and Comerica Mobile Banking®. Deposits are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal. Please keep your mobile deposited paper check(s) in a safe place until the funds are posted to your account, then securely destroy them. Regular deposit fees may apply, see your Account Fee brochure for fee information. Deposit limits and other restrictions may apply per deposit. 3 Must be enrolled in Web Banking and Zelle®. A U.S. checking or savings account is required to use Zelle®. Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes but can take up to three days. If a recipient is not enrolled with Zelle®, it could take 1 to 3 business days to receive the money once the enrollment is completed. Zelle® is to be used for payments between friends, family and businesses you know and trust. We do not recommend that you use Zelle® to send money to people you do not know. To send and receive money with a small business, both parties must be enrolled with Zelle® directly through their financial institution’s online or mobile banking experience. Quick Balance is not recommended for shared devices. If you allow others to access your device, they may be able to view your Quick Balance information. You may change this setting at any time.

Terrible app. Constantly getting emails that I am locked out, so I try to reset my password and it says I have to contact customer service…well, they are never there to help and if they are open, the wait times are terrible. I love how their message says they have hired all of these new employees! Apparently, no additional customer service people were hired. Now it is Saturday. Of course, customer service is closed. Cannot check my account. Hope everything is okay, even though I got a security alert and now have to wait until Monday. The online banking does not work either!! Is it 2024 or 2004? How is it possible that neither the online banking is work or the mobile banking.
