App crashes when trying to view event

After the most recent update 2 days ago the app crashes when you try to view an event notification or view the event from the app.

Would love to see dark mode soon. No blinding white at night while checking cameras!

Very Frustrating

I own 3 OCO cameras. I would like to say they perform beautifully, but they don’t. They routinely overheat. The red light flashes for no reason and video feed stops. Night vision comes on during the day. Sitting 5 feet from the router and despite a very strong signal, they struggle to find my wi-fi. I sit with one of the three every day, erase the camera, reconnect the camera and maybe I get six hours without a problem. I wave to these glitzy cameras in their field of vision and wait for the motion alert to come. It rarely does. How much else happens on my property that I don’t see because of this defective product line? None of the three I own consistently see motion. I won’t buy another OCO.

Dear User, we're sorry you have experience the difficulties. As for alerts please note that a user gets a notification when a motion or a sound occurs. Then if there is no motion within 5 minutes and it occurs on the 6th minute then it is considered as a new event and a new notification is sent. If there has been a motion within these 5 minutes then all that is considered as one continuing event and a new notification would not be sent. The following period will be counted from the last event in the previous period. As for cameras disconnection - the issue shold be troubleshooted, so please send us a request via the mobile app (Main Menu-Contact us) or e-mail at support@ivideon.com. We'll be happy to assist!

Not happy.

My mother and I tested it. This doesn’t catch people walking fast. My mother moved her car and it looked as though her car moved itself. Someone has been coming into our yard and damaging things, and this surveillance service hasn’t been catching them in the act. We have cameras pretty much everywhere, showing most of the yard — A flower pot looked as if it broke itself. The person should have showed up. We are so mad.

Hard time

Had a hard time setting up because camera has to be within 15 feet of router. Once I moved the camera it worked fine. Good job

Très bonne application super simple d’installation et d’utilisation (je ne suis pas une spécialiste des caméras de surveillance 🤪 ), rapide a mettre en route et qui ne manque rien. Merci !

Was great until they got greedy

This was a great app/software until the developers got greedy! I have 7 cameras and I’m sorry but I’m not paying $25/month for something that doesn’t even include cloud storage! You’re charging monthly for absolutely nothing other than the use of the software! Make it a one time fee unless your using cloud storage

A great app

I love being able to take a couple of old smartphones and turn them in to surveillance I can see from anywhere. The app is great for security on a budget
